Adhoc is building autonomous customs clearance for global trade. We start with customs brokers, the mandatory chokepoint every cross-border shipment must pass through and use AI agents to handle the classification, valuation, and PGA work that consumes majority of broker labor today. Our edge is the proprietary HS code and PGA ruling knowledge graph we build with every shipment, which becomes the data infrastructure for trade compliance. Canada is the beachhead; shared HS foundations make US expansion natural. The collapse of de minimis and LLM cost deflation make now the right window to build.
